  : The apartment is huge. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. There was plenty of space in the living room and dining room, and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked in terms of cooking equipment and servingware. It was very clean and since we came in the winter, we were so happy with the heating feature. There were plenty of blankets. We also LOVED the location. The Florentin neighborhood is hip and has so many restaurants and bars! We were able to walk around and had an amazing stroll to Jaffa one evening. Lastly, it was so helpful to have a large parking spot in the building itself.
  : Our check-in time was 3 PM but when we arrived the cleaning lady was not finished and said the apartment would not be ready until 6:00 PM. This was not communicated to us. We are a Shabbat-observant family and this occurred on a Friday evening. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of positive response from the hosts, who basically just said "sorry" but did not try to make up for it AT all. There was also no hot water in the apartment for showers, despite our turning on the boiler as instructed for a long period of time.
