  : There is no good thing about this property, the landlord or the person who runs it.
  : No air conditioning (advertised on Booking.com as with air con) Leak (puddle in middle of floor) Sticky stuff on toilet floor Sawdust on the floor When flushing toilet the water came out of the bowl I told the landlord and he is one of the rudest men I have ever dealt with and the woman managing the property was not much better. I told the landlord about my complaints and he essentially said "ok, are you staying or are you leaving?" He then gave me 20 minutes to pack my bags and vacate the property. When I got to the next hotel I called him and asked if I was getting my money back (he already had it all), he said "I don't need your money, you'll get it back." He was very keen to tell me he has 40 properties across Bat Yam, a property in St John's Wood and Maida Vale - watch out if you rent this or any of his properties. He said I did not need to do anything to get the money back. It has now been 3 weeks and he is not answering my calls and has not given me the money back. In summary, terrible apartment owned and managed by terrible people.
