  : The location is good.
  : The apartment was dirty and creapy. Literally everything was falling apart, from the door knob to the shower. The reception was not available and did not even return the calls. The was no hot water in the shower, the internet was also intermittent.

  : I paid for four nights in advance for August 20, 2022 to August 24, 2022 and I only stayed 1 night because the service was terrible. I checked out on the morning of August 21, 2022. Everything is by phone there, and They told me that they would refund me and to this day, September 22, they still did not want to return my money, I have really bad experience there.

  : We arrived and nobody was at the reception. Phoned a few numbers.. After 1 to 2 hours somebody answered the cell. and unfriendly. person took us to the apartment, The apartment was clean but the kettle and the microwave was very dirty. The shower head was damaged and caused water all over the bathroom.. I phoned and said I wanted to leave and get my money returned. I said I would stay but they must give me one night free which they agreed. I asked them to bring another shower but they did not.. I stayed on as there was no other other place to go to.

  : Dear Booking.com, Please accept this written complaint as notice of an issue that had arisen during the time we rented at Ocean Executive Apartment. I formally request your help in dealing with this problem. On February 24, when the tenant at Ocean Executive Apartment violated their rental agreement. The infraction details were as followed. After booking thru booking.com at Ocean Executive Apartment. We received an email from the tenant at Ocean Executive Apartment excepting our booking and our deposit money and cleaning fees of $400 US, not included in the rental for February 25 thru the 26th. On February 24, we received no information from Ocean Executive Apartment. Regarding how to enter the apartment, we then contacted Booking.com on the issue. Booking.com stated that we had to wait until the date of the rental. Before the issues could be corrected if Ocean Executive Apartment failed to comply with the rental agreement. Booking.com would help us find a similar apartment on the day we needed it. On the day (Feb 24 at 19:57) I receive a text from someone who went by B.R. from Ocean Executive Apartment. She stated tomorrow I will send you the check-in information. On February 25, I contact B.R. by What's App, I said around what time will we receive the check-in information. So I can let my friends know, so they don't arrive early at the apartment. No reply, at 15:26, I send B.R another text message, It's 15:00, and it's time for us to check in. At 15:29 I send B.R a text stating my friend is checking in for me. At 15:40 I sent B.R. another text, can we have the check-in information, no reply.At 16:00 my friends show up at the apartment and notice that the apartment we had rented for Feb 25 at 15:00 had not been clean. The person, who was cleaning the apartment told my friend to return back in one hour. When my friends returned back they notice the apartment was still dirty.

  : The location is great But published photos were not matching the actual size of the property
  : The property lack maintenance and in need of repair. I was disappointed and couldn't find match between published photos and the actual property. Also the price of rent was raised without warning. The price I booked for was raised when payment was made on the day of arrival.

  : Wifi completely broken and it took a day before they even reacted and it was never fixed which cost us all huge amounts in Data expenses. No support / help at all. Apartment not very clean and missing basic amenities.

  : Decor was tired. upon arrival it was given a larger apartment which I then needed to move. The apartment ceiling was 7 feet so very low
