  : The pool was great and the night guard was super helpful. The whole apartment complex was really nice and the location was great. Shame about the apartment itself though. That was rather disappointing.
  : The sofa was broken, the toilet seat was broken, the showerhead was broken, the shower itself was dirty and the windows in the living room were extremely dirty.

  : Room was nice and clean. Not super luxurious but well worth the great price. Location was perfect- close enough to everything while still feeling quiet and serene. Beautiful grounds and nice (saltwater) pool. Pool was not heated so we didn't stay in for long. But overall a great stay.

  : The location is great, the apartments are also very spacious. The Gym is really well equipped, it has a nice swimming pool. However, we booked this apartment especially for our 3 kids (6 - 10 years old) and while there was no one else swimming, they were basically only allowed to swim laps....which was of course a bummer for them (and us ;-)). After reading all the comments I was a bit afraid of how the apartments would look but I was positively surprised after expecting the worst. However; yes it is very expensive for what you are getting and the furniture is very outdated, cleaning is also so so but Tel Aviv is just an expensive city in general. The location makes up for it as do some of the facilities like the pool, gym, and just the spacious apartments.

  : Localization Did not see anything else even could not see the sun at7:00 P.m at the beach waiting 3 hours to fix the air
  : The treatment and a lie from the manager of the office. A woman thattold me she will refund me, than put me in a horrible apartment, I payedfor 2 bedrooms came in at 6:00 pmz the air conditioner did not work,waited 3 hours and could not get fix. She told me that there was noanother place and in a few minutes she founded a smaller with only asalon and 1 bedroom, tv was not working, they put a bed for my dister atthe small salon and a construction started at 8:00 A.m next morning atthe apartment exactly above us. That's the obly reason that shefound this apartment. Should be blocked for the construction above. Nextmorning she told me she will not refund me ... She could say or therefund or the apartment with only 1 bedroom. So I payed for 2 bedrooms,got an apartment with 1 bedroom and got kicket out from the placebecause of the noise and because I couldn't believe that she lied tous about the refund. I could get my family and go to Rimonim Tower atRamat Gan because I am always there and everything is fine. I leftupset, nervous, crying and having my sister that she has 100% disabilitysleeping at the saloon and watching me in that kind of stress.

  : Appartment in need of renovation .. damp stains on walls & ceiling & hole in ceiling above shower. Given expensive price this was unacceptable

  : The couch is not useable since the cushions are ruined, the bathrooms are very old and need to be changed. The bath/showers need to be updated.
