: The appartment is very nicely renovated (inside and outside). Its clean, convenient, looks friendly, quiet street but vibrant neighborhood, light and spacious living room. AC and other devices are all working well, good bed and pillows and even some supplies as coffee, tablets for dishwasher and washing machine available. In short AMAZING! The balcony is a very nice to have! Please note, Currently There are construction works going on (building appartments) which makes it noisy to sit outside during day time. they dont work in the weekend or evening. In short, Its a LOVELY place to in a lovely area!
: Communication is horrible! 1) We traveled with a baby and when we arrived at midnight the baby crib was missing :( I could only reach them via chat (no response on the phone number) and first they responded that I did not requested (they confirmed it in the same chat a week before!). after I send them proof of their own confirmation they did not want to bring the crib straight away only the next morning. I was very frustrated and I had to insist 3 times(!) before they would agree to come over to bring it. A very bad first impression unfortunately. 2) On a more general note on there communication, they will provide standard templates and when I asked questions on the chat regarding my documents and public holidays, no response for 3 days, after chasing them I received a response but not an answer to my questions. 3)the self check-in information you will receive after 2pm at the day of check in. This is not convenient. We had a long day of travel and it would have been nice to have the self check -in details before you enter a plane. Luckily there was good WiFi on the airport in Tel Aviv so i could open the email. You will receive only 2 codes (main door and appartment). No keys. Dont expect any other details regarding the appartment. But luckily Most of it is easy to use.3) During my stay I had a question regarding the outside curtain in one of the bedrooms, they tried to help out as good as possible but informed incorrectly because they dont seem the know the apparment and the details. I found it out myself. In short, it seems to be a company renting out this place and taking care of communications. I would change provider if I was the owner of this house. I guess there are enough people willing to help en rent out this lovely place!
