  : Perfect placement of apartment. There is Mamak - safety room on the floor. Very nice neighbors, they nocked on the door every time when there was tseva adom - alarm that the missiles attack was started and you need to go to the safety room.
  : There was a lot of dust on floors, our babys legs got dirty after first 5 minutes in the apartment. The personnel said that cleaning was good, but this is Tel Aviv and the dust is common problem. I dont agree with such position because you have to prepare the apartment right before guests arrive, not the week before. Second problem was with parking approachability. They didnt manage to add me to the application PalGate due to the problem with their simcard, but promised me to react quickly on my requests to open the parking gate. But responses were with significant delays up to 20 minutes. To sit in a car in front of closed gates and wait for somebody open it - not the thing I am happy with, especially if you take into account that the dates of my staying were right after 7/10 when the war started and Tel Aviv was under missiles attack every day 3 a day.
