  : The bathroom. The kitchen.
  : The address is not easy to find, because is a single door in an alley, with no number or identification. They did not provide the instructions to find it. We needed to ask for them by phone while we stand in the street with all the bags. The alley is old and dirty (have picture if needed). I was told the place is wheel chair accesible, that just have 1 step at the entrance. They where 2 tall steps and 8nmediatly you enter (in a space that only the chair fits, in front stairs and 90 degrees right, the elevator, tiny, no room for more than one person and chair if is lifted and acomdate manually. Then in our floor a series of narrow aisles with 90 degrees turns 3 times. Over all I needed to walk (that is forbidden to me) all the way up. They arrange the place with a bar table with bar stools (2, we where 3) and my mother and son couldnt use them and I didnt reach the table in my wheelchair. At night we found out the worst..the mattress was the most unhealthy Ive encounter in my life. We could fell every spring on our body.

  : all my experience was disappointing unfortunately, Ive been given a different apartment than the one I booked without even been notified to this detail. I had to call and clarify. they werent helpful the stuff I mean I ended up leaving the apartment and not staying at the end. and after a lot of discussion and many phone calls we sorted that out even though this couldve been solved in easier and faster ways. saving you the details and the headache that was my experience.
  : they have such a lovely apartments, such a shame they dont manage them well with good stuff and good costumers service.

  : Check-in process is very convenient and fast. If your focus of the stay is going to lots of bars nearby, it is the best location.
  : The apartment hosts take 200 Nis as cleaning fee, but bathroom in the apartment was very dirty - there were someone's hair and lots of dust on the floor. To have a hot shower, you need to wait for 45 min for the boiler heating it. So, this is plus one hour to your morning routine. In addition, there are lots of bugs coming from the pipes in the bathroom and very strong smell. Windows of the apartment looks right on the street, so in the evening there are lots of noise from restaurants till midnight, at 5-6am in the morning you are waken up by terrible noise from a scavenger vehicle and starting from 7 am there is constant noise from cars on the street. To make things worse, there were some repair works in a flat above, so there was drilling every day starting from 8:30 am. There was no water for coffee, tea, while it was supposed to be there, there were even a special place for it. Several days within our stay, the lift in the building wasn't working.
