  : We stayed with our family for 1 week. The apartment has a bright and clean interior. Full kitchen has all amenities - everything to prepare meals. Plenty of closet space. Good size for a couple or small family. We felt very safe and the location was fine but nearby buildings are under construction so there is noise during the day. The apartment is walking distance to lovely cafes and the beach. Easy to rent an electric scooter on nearby streets. Keyless entry with a code made it easy to get in and out.
  : Unfortunately we did not know about the building itself until arrival. There are some brand new apartments on this quiet street but this is NOT one of them. The building is woefully neglected, old, and has a dirty tile entrance. Dead cockroaches sit along the stairwell and nobody takes care of cleaning the common areas. There are advertisements on each floor for cockroach exterminations services, if you can believe the irony. Inside the apartment there were a few minor details that should have been addressed - broken window in the bedroom and an overgrown tree that has grown so far into the balcony shades they are broken and unusable. Minor but would have made the place nicer if these were fixed. Main bedroom shares a wall with the apartment behind it and you can hear the tenants late at night until 1am or 2am.
