  : Location was amazing. I have stayed on Ben Yahuda many times, but this year there is a lot of road works on the road which is right in front of the property, which was not great, but its bearable. Room Size was good, although a small rearrange of the cupboard made it a lot better. There is a microwave (which is past its best, it should really be replaced) , kettle ( again very very noisy and needs to be replaced ) plates , cutlery and a fridge. Bed was very comfortable, and bed linen and towels all great. Even when i asked for a change of bed linen and towels these where provided quickly and smelt great. Room 301 has a private roof Terrace which was nice to have the extra space as its quite big. Wifi was slow but ok , and after a little hassle we got netflix to work all ok iron and small ironing boardhairdryer if i had any questions or problems, i would send them a message and they where VERY VERY good at sorting out the problem. Even putting up a curtain for us but we had to wait a day or two. we where there for 9night and only had 4 hangers , but on requesting more we got 10 more within hours.
  : So, there where a few things that could be improved on . The room needs a good re-decorate.. all it would take is a good lick of paint on the walls, which has a lot of marks on them. The mirror was very dirty when we got there. When we arrived , it was not a great day and it was very windy and cold and raining. The window is not double glazed ( for obviously reasons ) but it had no curtain on it , and our first night was horrendous , cold air blowing through the window right onto us as the bed is right next to the window, which has louvered glass. it was VERY cold , and when the morning came the light woke us up very very early. when we got into the room , we found dirt and an empty bottle under the bed, so the cleaning was not done well enough. The private terrace is great BUT it is very run down and did not look like the pictures, there is no green grass and the yellow barrier has been removed from half of it and it just looks shabby. Again a little effort can make it look amazing! The terrance furniture was also very run down , broken and dirty custions. it is usable but not perfect. being in roonm 301 , is right next to the communal terrance ( which is very nicely decorated and looks great ) but it is VERY VERY noisy staying in room 301 next to the public terrace. there is no sound proofing on the doors so you hear everything going on in the public terrace. So if you want a quiet room , do not book room 301. We where there for purim weekend so we expected noise but even for us it was very annoying at times. There where no set of drawers which would be very helpful in the room.

  : There was mold in the shower and around the bathroom, the room itself was really damp all the time we were there. The floors were dirty and sticky, so we could not take off our shoes. Everything else was also dirty, the table was rusty and sticky. No room service for a whole week and we had to get toilet paper ourselves. Fresh towels were not provided. There were a few packets of instant coffee, but no mugs to make them in. Walls were really thin, we could hear what the people in the next room were talking about. No reception desk, we got all the info via mail and saw no one during our stay to ask anything. The only window was tiny and directly above the waste bins. No direct sunlight due to an additional roof above them.

  : worst experience of my life! the room is dirty and noisy, has nothing to do with the pictures. RUN AWAY! The people that manage it are liars and will not give your money back. i had to make 15 calls to managem to move to another place, paying more and they stories to charge me more for the second place then it was online. JUST DONT STAY HERE.
  : the bathroom stinks, the rooms has a lot of infiltrations and is the building is very noisy.

  : NOTHING! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE
  : I would like to share with you my experience at Beta Studios ApartHotel in Tel Aviv. We booked 2 apartments for 5 people to stay 2 nights on the 11th of June until 13th of June. Unfortunately, 3 of my friends couldn’t come because of Covid. We already paid the accommodation so they couldn’t get a refund. Finally, only my friend and I stayed at Beta Studios ApartHotel. We arrived at 13:00 and luckily the gave us the room at 14:00 and not at 15:00.However, the whole experience was a nightmare! The room was really small, it was supposed to be for 3 people but it couldn’t fit even 2 people! Me and my best friend had a terrible experience. The room we got wasn’t the room we booked, it was overpriced and completely different from the pictures on Booking (please have a look at the attached pictures). Furthermore, there are no pictures of the shower at Booking.com (please have a look the picture) the shower is very bad. The sofa bed was broken (please have a look at the picture), there was no hot water for shower and no elevator, so we had to carry our luggages. Additionally, the air conditioner was not working properly. Moreover, there were a lot of road works right in front of the property. The place was very noisy, it felt like I could hear conversations occurring in the next room. No noise isolation whatsoever.More importantly, Beta Studios Aparthotel is a terrible place in all senses! We found a cockroach and a big snail (please have a look at the pictures) in the room. After that, we couldn’t stay anymore at the property, we had to move to another accommodation. The cost of accommodation ended up costing us double as we had to pay for a second accommodation. We were so exhausted, wasted a lot of precious time from our holiday, we spoke with other man at the reception and he gave us the phone number of support, they didn’t even apologize or to try to make our experience better.Overall, too expensive, no value for money!!
