  : The view and the location are spectacular. The host was responsive and tried to accommodate us as best as possible. They allowed an early check in.
  : We were allowed an early check in -- at 8am -- and at no additional cost. We were very happy with this, but when we arrived, there was nobody to let us into the building. After standing in the cold outside with 4 kids and our luggage, I was finally able to get through to somebody who gave me the code to get inside the building. I asked about how we could get into the apartment and the person was not aware of our early check-in. Long story short, we waited in the lobby for close to 2 hours before somebody called to give me the code to the lockbox. The description stated there were 3 queen beds; we only found 2 queen beds (1 in each bedroom) and a small cot in the living room. I called again and later on they brought another cot and set it up in the living room. The heaters did not work; somebody had to come and change the batteries to the remotes. There were no instructions regarding the water heater and so we all showered with cold water. Sleeping in the living room is not ideal as there are light, white curtains that do not block out the light; luckily, the kids were jetlagged and this was not a problem, but something to keep in mind. The conditions of the apartment were not great. Furniture was worn down, the building was worn down, and the pictures in the listing did not correspond at all to the place we stayed in.

  : The apartment was really spacious, with a wonderful balcony with table and chairs with an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea and the promenade. It was clean and well provided. Two full bathrooms made it very comfortable for the 5 of us. The location is great, right by the beach and close to many restaurants. Also quite close to the old port. Free parking available on site, and easy check-in. Great place.
  : Not much really. The only thing that was odd was that to access the elevator you had to climb some 10 steps, as if the elevator was in some sort of mezzanine, which was quite inconvenient as we were carrying many pieces of luggage.

  : the location is great, the size of the apartment and the rooms are huge for Tel Aviv.
  : it wasnt clean there was sand all over the floors , the beds were really uncomfortable and it was a little bit noisy.

  : Didn't get what we paid for: front line view appartement.When we arrived at the tiny reception we were told by the employee that there was a problem with our appartement, it didn't have water.He then offered us an appartement in the an old building 50 Mt away with no sea view. I was too tired to argue, and accepted it, for our stay was just for 1 night.
