  : We got different Appartment at Nachmani Street. The manager informed me just before our flight and gave me luxurious 3 bedrooms Appartments instead Montefiore. Our children were so happy. They communicate very well with guests and are helpfull. I would strongly recommend their Nachmani Appartment. Its clean spacy and close to evetything by walk.

  : location was amazing and the lift in the building helped a lot, especially with a young child. decent amount of space and high ceilings, air conditioning and the washer & dryer were nice perks.
  : Communication with the owner from the onset was difficult and confusing. There was additional cleaning fee which they tried to charge, and the actual apartment itself was not the cleanest. There were visible mould spots in the bathroom and a damaged wall with paint/drywall crumbling on the floor, not great for a crawling baby. For what is described as luxury apartment, I would have expected higher quality furniture and linens- the bed was basic with really bad pillows. Finally, there were limited toiletries like soap/shampoo, with not enough toilet paper for our stay and mainstay items such multiple hand towels and basics such as salt and pepper missing. Would have also appreciated curtains, there was a hole and bracket on the wall as if there used to be one, but there wasnt any rod or curtain anymore so it was hard to get privacy/darkness for our baby to nap. The power and boiler both went out during the stay and we didnt receive a response for quite some time to fix, luckily we were able to get into the circuit breaker to fix on our own. A lot of potential for a great space as the location is perfect, but needs some work for it to be described as a luxury apartment.
